Privacy notice

In short

This website has no contact form. You reach the studio by WhatsApp, email or social media, and those conversations happen inside those services rather than here. The website itself records only simple, non-identifying counts of page views and WhatsApp button taps.

What the website measures

On our public pages (/ and /go) we record our own basic counts in the studio's database: an event type (a page view or a WhatsApp button tap), a server timestamp, an event id, the page path, which button was tapped, the page language, a test-traffic flag, and short campaign labels from the link you arrived through (such as utm_source). These are raw taps and views — they are not unique people, they are not WhatsApp messages received, and they are not bookings. No identity field is collected and no visitor profile is built by design. We do not claim a campaign label can never contain text someone chose to put in it; labels are limited to a short, plain character set and anything that looks like an email address or phone number is discarded. Advertising click ids (such as gclid or fbclid) are not recorded and are not added to any prepared WhatsApp message.

Your browser

Campaign labels from the link you arrived through are kept in your browser tab for that session only. Your chosen language is stored in your browser so the site stays in the language you picked. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we skip the optional measurement entirely and clear any stored campaign labels; the WhatsApp buttons and the language setting keep working.

Hosting and third parties

Our hosting and security providers keep their own ordinary server logs, which are separate from the measurement described above. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them. When you tap through to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn, those services handle the rest under their own terms.

Embedded Google Map

Our contact section embeds a Google Map. Simply loading that part of the page makes your browser contact Google, even if you never click or interact with the map. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details and information about the request, and may set or read its own cookies or similar identifiers. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy, not ours. The directions link opens Google Maps in a new tab in the same way.

Limits of the opt-out

If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control we skip our own optional measurement. That opt-out does not stop the embedded Google Map or the Google Fonts request from loading, and it does not stop ordinary hosting and security server logs, because those are part of delivering the page rather than measurement we choose to record.

WhatsApp handoff

WhatsApp buttons only prepare a message for you. Nothing is sent until you press Send inside WhatsApp, and the prepared text may include a short non-identifying campaign label. Please do not send sensitive health details through the website; discuss anything medical directly with Dewa.

Enquiry records held by the studio

This website has no enquiry form: the earlier form has been retired and the site can no longer create enquiry records. If the studio still holds an enquiry record about you from an earlier private trial of that form, it is kept in the studio's database with access restricted to authorised studio accounts; the infrastructure providers that operate the database necessarily have technical access to it. You can ask the studio to correct or delete your details using the contact details on this site.
